An E-Book Written by
Dr. Judi Craig, MCC
Executive & Career Coach

Who This Book Is For

If you've been downsized, let go, asked to resign, fired, find yourself in a career transition or are otherwise unemployed, this book is for you!

It's all about how to deal with the emotional and reality aspects of your situation. How to keep your sanity in this difficult time. How to re-think your career options (now that you have the time to do so). And how launch a productive job search.

Written by an Executive and Career Coach (and Clinical Psychologist), you'll find a practical, down-to-earth approach to surviving both the emotional and the reality aspects of losing your job. You'll learn how to deal with the inevitable feelings that come with the job-loss territory, to get your act together in order to create the future you want and to develop a personal action plan to find not just any job--but the most fulfilling job for your talents and interests. Best of all, you'll learn how to make this transition an opportunity rather than a miserable experience!

Here Are Just A Few Of The Things You Will Learn!

  • What are the “normal” feelings I’ll have during a job search—and what do I do about them?
  • What do I need to know about my finances?
  • What can my spouse do to help me?
  • What should I tell the kids?
  • How can I get more energy?
  • What other goals do I need to be focusing on?
  • What's an effective goal-setting process?
  • How can I take better care of myself?
  • Should I think about another career field?
  • How do I assess my values?
  • What are my strengths?
  • How do I define success?
  • How can I stay productive?
  • What kind of workspace do I need while I'm looking for a job?
  • How do I set up my job search?
  • Why are standard résumés passé?
  • How do I do my research on companies?
  • How can I capitalize on my accomplishments?
  • What’s a “sales letter” and how do I create one to increase my chances for interviews?
  • How can I get the attention of prospective hirers?
  • What’s the best question I can ask at a networking event?
  • How can I get—and keep—a positive mental attitude?
Finally, a book crammed with practical, realistic and common sense advice from a professional who has worked with hundreds of people in all kinds of transitions, including those seeking jobs.

For only $9.95 you can have the same tools and tips that clients typically pay $125-$300 an hour to learn about when they meet with a career professional.
